Eileen and her husband Jerry have been married for 47 years. They had three biological children and were living the American dream of planning for their empty nest until God radically transformed their lives by awakening their hearts to the orphan crisis. They have since adopted five children, both domestic & international. They started Mustard Seed Faith Ministries (Matthew 17:20) to be a "VOICE" with one purpose, to educate, equip and encourage the church to see children's lives transformed.
They also served in ministry to the Kolfe Boys Orphanage in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia that also resulted in an "unofficially adopted son" they sponsored to come to the USA as an international student. In addition to her nine children, she has two sons-in-law, one daughter-in-love, and fifteen beautiful grandchildren so far! She is a passionate Adoption and Orphan Care Advocate.
She spent 39 years home-schooling their children, cooking, cleaning, and praising her Savior all the day long. Her heart's desire is to share the gospel and encourage the saints to fulfill the Lord's purpose and be about His business in their lives.
Eileen is also the inventor and patent owner of the "Can't-a-Peek Nursing Canopy" a breastfeeding cover designed to provide nursing mothers privacy in public. She is a passionate public speaker and author of the book entitled, More Than “I”Can Handle! - a testimony to the Lord's leading and provision to accomplish all He has asked her to do!
